I'm so excited to share these photos with you! A couple of weeks ago Elena had a few friends over for a "Dolly and Me Tea Party"! It was just lovely. I loved every minute of it and so did the girls... and I'm pretty sure the dolls loved it too. :)
I love the aftermath of the "Dolly Tea Party"! It just makes me smile.
The girls even squeezed in a few minutes to do a little crafting.
The girls made fabric rosettes to glue on to barrettes for them and their dolls.
We had lots of pink, lots of pom poms, and lots of tea cups.
And of course, lots of dolls.
Grandma Lundby was invited to the Tea Party too. She shared some of her "tea party" etiquette and experiences with them.
The girls were all so lovely. They held great conversation and they passed the food in the right direction.
And they sipped their tea delightfully.Meanwhile, the dolls waited patiently for their turn.
Now that the girls were experienced "tea-party-goers", they hosted a fun and cheerful party for their dolls. It was completely adorable!

This was a great craft for this age. These girls could whip those creations out in no time and they kept on making more. It was a crafting success!
Aren't they cute? The girls did such a good job!
Grandma thanked the girls for being such lovely ladies and having tea with her.
It was so fun watching these lovely young ladies have some good old fashioned fun!
A special thank you to my mother-in-law, Karen and my good friend Liz, (these two special ladies helped me a ton) I would not have taken this on without you! Thank you for all you did to make it a special day for all of the girls and their dolls!
So sweet!
ReplyDeleteThank you, my dear for doing these parties. They were so much fun. It was great to meet and spend time with your friends and Elena's friends. We had such a good time while we were there.
