Several days this summer the kids and I have gone down to our friend, Mid's house to play games. We've played Clue, Apples to Apples, Skip-bo and a Lego Game (that some of us are still trying to figure out).

On this particular day, we got to play with two more of our friends, Pat and Jane.

We got wrapped up in a pretty intense game of Apples to Apples.

All while enjoying each other's company, crowded around the coffee table.

If you get a chance, bring a game and go visit this gem of a lady. She's one of my all time favorites! She's willing to learn and play any game, she'll keep you laughing the entire time and there's a good chance that she will beat you too!

We have been thoroughly enjoying playing games with Mid, the kids have many more games picked out that they can't wait to play, with our wonderful friend Mid!
